Surfaces we set up on: Arizona Inflatable Events can set inflatables on nice grass, landscape rock, cement, asphalt (no oil spots). We do not set up on dirt or sand. We consider grass to be 80% coverage. You must notify Arizona Inflatable Events of the surface the inflatable will be set up on so we can bring the proper equipment and supplies.
Set up procedures: Please be aware Arizona Inflatable Events may use stakes to secure the inflatable. AZIE and its delivery personnel are not responsible for any broken water, power, communication or gas lines. It is the customer’s responsibility to know where the lines are and notify AZIE prior to set up.
- Customer is responsible to measure their area to ensure item can be set up safely; customer agrees to pay all rental fees if item does not fit.
- Please turn off all sprinklers - $200 clean up fee will apply if you wet down (on purpose or accident) any dry inflatable
- We can not set up to inflatable near pools or other dangerous areas
- Delivery is within 100 feet of unloading area
- Delivery fee will apply if the delivery personal must deliver up or down stairs, using elevators or any other abnormal obstacle.
Delivery policy: The start and end time is not a guaranteed delivery or pick up time. You are responsible for the safety of the item(s) while in your possession.
- If we are delivering to a residential location you are guaranteed 5 hours of fun for your party. The delivery driver will deliver sometime before your party starts and pick up sometime after your party ends.
- If we are delivering to a park we will make every effort to deliver your item at your specific delivery time.
- If we are delivering to a school or a commercial location delivery times will be determined on an individual basis.
Cancellation Policy: Please be aware that cancellation fees will apply.
- Residential Policy: 50% charge if the reservation is canceled within 10 days and 100% charge if you cancel within 3 days.
- Non-residential Policy: 50% charge if you cancel within 30 days and 100% charge if you cancel within 21 days unless otherwise noted. All deposits are non-refundable at any time.
General Rules: Please follow these rules to have a safe and fun party
- Adult supervision required at all times, never leave a child unattended.
- Remove all shoes, sharp objects, glasses & Jewelry.
- No Food, Gum, Candy or Drinks.
- You must use the inflatable the way it is intended to be used.
- No Silly String (a minimum of a $500 fee)
- No water on a dry item (a minimum of a $200 fee)
- No sand or dirt (a minimum of a $200 fee)
- A $25 per hour excessive clean up fee (example cake, soda, popcorn, food)
- Bouncer & Combos:
- Children should bounce in compatible age groups as follows:
- Ages 8 & under - 8 or less kids
- Ages 9 to 13 - 6 or less kids
- No flips, wrestling, rough play and no pulling on the netting.
- All children must sit on their bottoms slide feet first on all slides
- Slide:
- Children ages 3 to adult may participate.
- Children must be able to climb up themselves (no carrying, push or pulling a child up)
- Participants must sit on their bottom slide feet first (no lap riders)
- No flips or jumping at the top of the slide
- One participant slides at a time.
- No more than 2 participants on the inflatable at any time
- Interactive Inflatables:
- All interactive items must be played with they way they were intended to be used
Tables & Chairs: The delivery personnel will transport the tables and chairs up to 75 feet from his/her vehicle. If you require more that 75 feet or have special requests there may be a small charge (for example if you require AZIE to take them in elevators, up or down stairs or in any area that they are not able to transport them with a hand truck there will be a small fee). All table and chairs are to be returned to the same location as they were delivered. We do charge a $1 per chair and a $2 per table cleaning fee for any item not returned clean.
Pets: We all love our furry friends but please remember that our delivery personnel must work in your grass area. Please clean up after your pet(s) before we arrive.
Weather Policy: Inflatable items are dangerous in high winds and rain. If winds exceed 20 MPH do not use the inflatable.
- Have children exit immediately
- Deflate the inflatable (Make sure that the inflatable deflates on itself and not onto fences, trees or other surrounding items)
- You are responsible for the safety of the children and the equipment left in your care.
Payment requirements: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash or business check. All orders over $400 will be charged a 3% processing fee. Sorry we do not accept personal checks. All credit cards will be charged on the Thursday before your party. All orders being paid via cash or business check will be due at the time of set up. We will not deliver your inflatable with out payment.
Parks: We do set up at all city parks.
- Please plan on arriving 30 to 60 minutes prior to your party starting so our delivery driver can set up your inflatable rental.
- It is the customers responsibility to contact the park and obtain a permit for your inflatable bounce house if required.
- Most city and private parks do not have power available for use with an inflatable rental. Generators are available for additional cost.
- Don’t forget to bring a copy of your inflatable permit to the park with you.
- You must stay at the park until this item has been picked up.
